CMS are recruiting a Pension Project Lead to implement a new pension provider across the UK!

About the role

This role can be based in either London, Bristol, Sheffield, Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Core responsibilities:

 Represent HR on the project to implement a new pension provider
 Work closely with the Pension team, new pension provider and project team to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner
 Provide timely updates to the HR team
 Review employee line by line pension data to ensure pension data is accurate
 Facilitate the upload of pension data into the employee benefits portal ensuring an appropriate level of testing is carried out
 Create high quality all employees supporting materials including FAQs, communications, intranet pages ensuring
 Organise and run virtual pension drop-in sessions for employees to address queries
 Develop a communication plan considering the most appropriate communication channels are utilised
 Support other Benefit activities where capacity allows

About you

Previous experience:
We are looking for an individual with prior work experience within a professional services or corporate environment. A commercial and pragmatic approach and experience of delivering projects successfully and on time is essential. A confident, calm and credible manner with an excellent understanding of commercial drivers will ensure your success in this role.

Skills & Experience required
 A good understanding of HR is desirable
 Good Excel Skills (Vlookups)
 Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
 Demonstrates ability to build relationships, resolve problems and remove barriers
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
 Excellent attention to detail is essential
