We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate lawyer to join the Real Estate team across one of our UK offices (Bristol, Thames Valley & London). In this role you will have the opportunity to work on high quality work for our developer clients
The practice
Osborne Clarke LLP have an outstanding reputation in real estate due to the quality and breadth of our client base and the value and complexity of the work we undertake. We have made a long-term investment in our real estate practice both in the UK and internationally, offering extensive expertise in RE investment, RE funds, student accommodation, regeneration, residential and commercial development, telecommunication, utilities & energy and retail. Our team approach, industry knowledge and excellent communication enable us to deliver a full and thorough service to our clients operating across our UK offices in Bristol, London and Reading.
Our clients
We act for numerous PLC clients – often on a national, multi service line panel basis. Our list of clients is impressive and includes– Barratt, Vistry, Crest, GLP, DTZ, M&G, PGIM, Taylor Wimpey, U&I, St Modwen, and Greystar to name a few.
The team
The real estate is made up of 75 lawyers in total including 21 Partners in the UK. The Residential Development practice is a key part of the Real Estate team and has 8 Partners and a large team specialising in this area including our dedicated site set-up and plots administration and conveyancing teams.
Technical skills and experience
We are looking to appoint a very capable and dedicated lawyer with a genuine desire to develop their career within the Residential Development team. You will have some development law experience in particular in affordable housing, site set up, management structures and infrastructure agreements at a reputable law firm recognised for its house builder practice.Due to the nature of the work and structure of the team we are looking to appoint an Associate in this area, however we are willing to consider candidates with more or less experience.
