  • Review and manage communication channels to ensure they are relevant, impactful and add value, and ensure they are aligned with global channels. Where necessary develop and evolve the necessary suite of tools, templates and processes to build the firm's internal communications capability.
  • Although the role has a US/Europe/UK focus, there is a need to take the lead on specific global communication initiatives and projects as well.
  • Coach managers to increase their skills in internal communications planning, writing, and facilitating team briefs - and encourage managers’ ownership of communications.
  • Input communication activities into the internal communications content planner, then identify and resolve message or timing conflicts.
  • Ensure all internal communications are consistent and aligned with the firm's Vision, Strategy and Values, and coordinated.
  • Devise creative campaigns for internal initiatives that engage and inspire employees

Risk and Control: Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with our regulatory requirements and internal policies.
