MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

Our global capital markets team offer integrated securities advice on complex, cross-border transactions to issuers, underwriters, selling shareholders, sponsors, arrangers, lead managers, originators, dealers. trustees and depositories on a broad range of securities offerings.

We have built a strong global platform based on deep industry knowledge across key growth sectors, where we are driving change to deliver a positive impact for our clients and communities. Our recent transactions include:

• Represented PureTech Health plc, a Boston-based science-driven company, on its admission to premium listing and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange

• Represented John Menzies plc on the acquisition of Aircraft Service International Group for US$202 million from BBA Aviation, a class 1 acquisition which was part funded by way of a £75 million rights issue

• Represented NYSE-listed biopharmaceutical company Kadmon, in its $75 million underwritten public offering

• Represented Connecture, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNXR), a fast growing provider of Web-based information systems used to create health insurance marketplaces, in its $75 million initial public offering

• Represented Neothetics (Nasdaq: NEOT), a clinical-stage specialty pharmaceutical company developing therapeutics for the aesthetic market, in its $65 million initial public offering

• Represented China Railway Group in raising US$5.5 billion through a dual listing in Shanghai and Hong Kong
