The HR Project Manager will devise, manage and deliver projects across a broad range of HR topics, partnering with Communities of Expertise, HR Business Partners, HR Operations and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES     

  • Assess new ideas and work with sponsors to formulate project scoping documents
  • Build and maintain project plans and documentation. Track project progress and escalate risks and issues where appropriate
  • Lead and participate in project teams and working groups involving both functional HR colleagues and business representatives
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement and communications plans, aligned to the broader HR change plan. Build constructive stakeholder relationships at every level in the firm
  • Develop content, policy and process documentation
  • Carry out post implementation reviews of projects
  • Coach other HR colleagues in project management methodologies and skillsets 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Sound understanding, skills and experience in a broad range of HR activities and projects
  • Relevant experience in project management and internal consulting skills, with a rigorous and disciplined approach
  • The ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams; both culturally and geographically
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, to develop appropriate solutions
  • A sound understanding of contemporary HR practices and HR best practice, including knowledge of international employment legislation, relevant regulations and policy. Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Visio
  • CIPD qualified with a formal project management qualification would be an advantage
