As the Manager of our External Training Programmes your will be responsible for transforming our approach to client training and growing our presence in the Employment Law training space.

This is an internationally focused role and key aspects include developing and promoting comprehensive Employment Law training programs as well as providing insights and solutions that shape future events and support effective client targeting.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop International Training events
  • Keep abreast of market intelligence across international and build appropriate training events using this information
  • Have responsibility for promoting the training 
  • Elicit feedback from attendees and use this information to develop further suites of training
  • Be responsible for one key all-day international event, including the arrangement of the delegates and presenters for the day and the associated collateral

  • Put together business cases as required to recommend training and the expected benefits

  • Create effective reporting and analysis for client attendance for the purpose of trends and analysis

ABOUT YOU

  • Able to handle multiple priorities, working sometimes to conflicting timescales in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • Experience in event management, promotion and coordination of events is essential
  • Able to build trust and rapport to develop effective relationships, internally and externally
  • Being proactive, insightful, organised and solution focused is essential
  • Experience in a law firm would be advantageous
  • This role has a wide scope that requires both a strategic and hands-on approach
  • Business development skills would be advantageous
