Legal Secretary (Restructuring & Insolvency Team) - Newcastle

We are looking to recruit a Secretary into our Restructuring & Insolvency Team in Newcastle on a full-time basis.

What are we looking for

We are looking for an organised secretary with excellent IT skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.  Previous legal secretarial experience is not essential, but would be an advantage.  We are interested to hear from people who have worked in a secretarial role dealing with complex agreements/documents.  You'll also need to be organised with a good eye for detail.

What will the role involve?

You'll be working as part of a team of secretaries so the ability to work cohesively with others is essential.  There'll be some work around client billing including preparation of bills and assisting with client reporting.  You will have responsibility for file maintenance, both electronic and paper-based and will be responsible for organising meetings, travel and accommodation when necessary.
