Job Details

We are looking for an IT PMO Administrator to join us in our IT department in our Bristol office, on a full time permanent basis.

The position is required to support the PMO Analyst and Head of Projects and Programmes at our Temple Quay Office in Bristol, under supervision of the IT PMO Manager.

The role will mainly involve using an industry recognised PPM tool to capture project-related information and to provide reporting.

What you'll do

  • Enter and review data in a newly installed PPM tool to ensure quality
  • Collation and production of project data and MI reports using an industry recognised PPM tool
  • Publish reports in line with monthly schedule
  • Assist with the development and ongoing maintenance of the Intranet site (Sharepoint)
  • Managing, maintaining and updating of project databases and documents
  • Providing adhoc project administration to the wider Project Management and IT team
  • Gathering updates from key Stakeholders / project leads
  • Assist with the investment planning preparation activities and report process
  • To assist PM's with procurement and travel
  • To complete adhoc administrative duties as requested by the PMO/Head of Projects and Programmes

What we are looking for

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Advanced user of Excel – able to manipulate and report data at an advanced level is advantageous
  • Understanding of MS Access (or similar) database tools
  • Share Point (basic editor/author)
  • Ability to cope well under pressure
  • Self-starter, ability to work within a fast-paced, every changing landscape
  • Excellent attention to detail, taking pride in their work
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Process oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Conscientious and enthusiastic
