We are looking to recruit a full-time Secretary into our projects and procurement team in Leeds.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an organised secretary with excellent IT skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.  Previous legal secretarial experience is not essential but would be an advantage.  We are interested to hear from people who have worked in a secretarial role dealing with complex agreements/documents and you'll also need to be organised with a good eye for detail.

What does the Projects and Procurement team do?
The projects and procurement team has extensive experience of advising clients across a wide range of areas including education, public infrastructure, public procurement and State aid.  Our clients’ span the whole public sector including central government, local government, the NHS, universities and schools.  

What will the role involve?
As mentioned above, documents play a large part in this role.  You'll also be keeping on top of multiple diaries, organising meetings, travel and accommodation as necessary.  You'll have some responsibility for client billing, including preparation of bills and assisting with client reporting using excel spreadsheets.  You will also have responsibility for file maintenance, both electronic and paper-based.  You'll be working as part of a team of secretaries, so the ability to work cohesively with others is essential.
