Partner and Team leader, Julian Kinsey, is now looking for a talented lawyer to join the team ideally in Bristol, however consideration can be given to applicants looking to be based from our Leeds location.  With a strong rating in Chambers, and an enviable FTSE 250 client list, this is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary banking practice with national reach.

So what will you be doing?

You'll provide high quality and specialist advice across a diverse work stream from transactions such as advising a number of clearing banks on a range of acquisition finance projects to assisting a leading private Swiss bank with real estate development and investment funding. Security packages cover wind turbines, property portfolios, vehicles, yachts and plenty more asset classes.

What does the ideal candidate look like?

You'll either be a corporate or banking lawyer with at least one year's post qualification experience gained from a regional or city firm keen to specialise in a broad range of banking law.  You'll enjoy working collaboratively; bring intellectual rigour and an incisive approach to sometimes challenging and complex issues.  You'll have an analytical mind and enjoy the intellectual challenge that this work presents dealing across a variety of transactions.  Your pragmatism and commercial outlook together with excellent drafting skills will be vital in supporting our clients.
