THE ROLE

The Graduate Recruitment & Development Co-ordinator will be a key member of the UK Graduate Recruitment & Development Team, and will provide administrative support across both programme management and campus recruitment activity.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Graduate Recruitment

  • Campus Season: administrative organisation of events (booking fairs, creation of name badges, catering, delivery of materials)
  • Assessment Centres: organisation of events (room bookings, catering, name badges, production of materials, greeting candidates, scanning of documentation post-event), candidate query management, processing of candidate expenses
  • General administration: processing invoices, budget tracking, room/video conference bookings for all graduate recruitment/graduate development activity, management of team inbox and responding to candidate queries, booking travel and accommodation for programmes / events, printing and production of materials for all events
  • Programme management / Graduate Development: online filing of trainee performance management review forms, chasing missing trainee performance management review forms, logistical management of trainee seat moves, support Graduate Development Manager in the execution of qualification process and all associated activity
  • Event management: creation of registration lists, name badges and tent cards for all events

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Self-starter and able to use initiative
  • Team player with hands-on approach to work
  • Previous experience of graduate recruitment and / or development preferable
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (ExCel and Word required)
