THE ROLE

The Graduate Recruiter will provide dedicated support to UK-based client groups and manage
the end-to-end junior talent recruitment and all associated activities, initiatives and programmes.

This role will require significant travel across the UK (7 offices) plus campus activity. 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment of junior talent into client group(s) across the UK: management of candidate pipeline, execution of Assessment Centres, offer generation, providing feedback to candidates
  • Management of University relationships and campus activity
  • Project management of strategic programme initiatives (e.g. Insight Days, Clerkship, Internship)
  • Involvement in design of marketing and attraction materials
  • Budget management, invoice management
  • Management of relationship(s) with key Business Sponsors, HR colleagues, Marketing colleagues, external vendors
  • Active member of International Graduate Team

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Previous experience of end-to-end graduate recruitment cycle required (e.g. screening candidates, running Assessment Centres)
  • Knowledge of the UK academic system required, with preference for previous experience as part of a Global team
  • Established working relationships with Careers Services preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Significant previous experience of managing data and production of reports
  • Previous knowledge and demonstrable experience of using recruitment systems (e.g. Taleo)
  • Previous experience of working in a complex, global environment, and demonstrated success of delivering change
  • Ability to think strategically, whilst pro-actively delivering hands-on results for clients
  • Active participant in industry networks preferred
  • Previous experience of running campus diversity initiatives preferred
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
