We have a great opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join us in our Bristol office on a fixed term contract for twelve months to cover maternity leave. The role will enable you to join our award winning people team and make a real impact to the firm and our people. In your role you will work directly with the business implementing our People Strategy to ensure we continue to be a great place to work.

As the main point of contact within the HR team for a number of designated legal teams, you will work alongside heads of departments and others, ensuring teams are appropriately resourced and structured. You will have a key role in implementing departmental business plans whilst advising on all aspects of performance and career development.

You will work with others across the firm on a range of exciting people related projects and initiatives.

With a collaborative and flexible approach, the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, good commercial acumen and be able to work collaboratively with people across the organisation. You will be part or fully CIPD qualified and have the resilience and patience to successfully assist in the delivery of our people strategy.

Previous experience within a professional services environment is preferable.
