The career you want without compromise

Maybe you want to do what you love but in a different way.  Maybe you are keen to try a new path.  Whatever your individual needs or ambitions, the one thing that every Peerpoint consultant wants, and gets, is reassurance.  The certain knowledge that you can access high-level client work, supported by a global network of resources and expertise, with the opportunity to keep choosing what you do next.

We are committed to ensuring that you have every opportunity to work on roles that suit your expertise and ambitions, so we will only work with you when we see a sustainable demand on an on-going basis. We don’t make guarantees but we are every bit as invested in moving your career forward as you are.

Join us – Brexit opportunities

Peerpoint sees Brexit as  an opportunity for ambitious individuals, as a defining moment for your career in law. We are experiencing first-hand the increase in demand for high-quality talent required to successfully navigate its complexities, and we are already placing our consultants into Brexit roles.

With Peerpoint, you can gain significant experience, either with our clients, or within A&O, while accessing a variety and calibre of work that will enhance your career. Each assignment will enable you to take a front-row seat throughout this historic event, and develop a core set of skills and knowledge which will be vital for success in the legal market, now and in the post-Brexit world.

For private practice lawyers, this could be your opportunity to transition in-house, into the centre of the action. For those looking to make the leap from a transactional role into change implementation, this could provide the springboard you need. Or perhaps as Brexit programmes draw in existing legal resources, it may open up an opportunity for a more senior and responsible role within your specialisation.

Making this move with Peerpoint, you will benefit from our Brexit programme, which will focus on supporting your transition to a Brexit role, through training, workshops and access to specialist thought leadership on this subject.

If you are a highly-skilled and self-driven lawyer with top tier technical experience and would be interested in becoming part of our Brexit panel, then we are keen to speak with you.
