Structured Debt and Capital Markets Knowledge Development Lawyer
We are seeking to recruit a Knowledge Development Lawyer to work within our Structured Debt and Capital Markets team.
An opportunity to provide innovative know-how solutions for our Structured Debt and Capital Markets team. This is a dynamic, market-leading group, with expertise in developing highly innovative structures across the full spectrum of structured finance and derivatives products. We combine the in-depth specialist knowledge of our team with the range of expertise in our firm as a whole to provide commercial, focused solutions, often in situations which are complex and challenging
Knowledge management is a strategic priority for the structured debt and capital markets group so your input will be highly valued. The role will help enhance the client offering of the Structured Debt & Capital Markets team by continuously improving the quality of the technical knowledge and training available to the team and supporting client initiatives.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE Securitisation, Debt Capital Markets experience in the UK market. Knowledge of macroprudential regulation for financial institutions will be desirable. You will also be familiar with using legal research tools (including online sources such as LexisNexisButterworths, Westlaw, PLC) as well as using Microsoft Word including styles and hyperlinks.
