The Job

Being a very large law firm we produce a lot of documentation and our Archiving Co-ordinators help us manage, organise and store our documents securely.   This team are looking for additional support in order to complete a project.   You'll be working as part of a team co-ordinating the workload and reporting back to our Facilities Manager.

What will you be doing?

This job will see you following instructions in order to make decisions on how we store the documentation – but don't worry we'll give you all the training you need.  Some documents will be straight forward but others may require a bit more investigation and you'll have the support of our facilities team throughout the project.  You'll be cross-checking files and documents with the database and updating as per the project processes.

So, what are we looking for?

You'll need some previous office based experience, any filing or archiving skills will be an advantage.  This role will require attention to detail, patience, and strong team working skills.  The ability to work quickly with accuracy and follow processes.  Communication skills are important as you'll be working in a team and, as mentioned above, be reporting team progress back to the Facilities Manager.
