Associate / Senior Associate (IPT)
We are looking to expand our Intellectual Property practice in Leeds by recruiting an additional Associate or Senior Associate.
The role will involve a mixed workload of national and international contentious and non-contentious IP matters across the full spectrum of IP rights, and will include litigation and dispute resolution; trade mark strategy, prosecution and portfolio management; IP transactions and licensing; advisory work; and IP aspects of corporate transactions. The successful candidate will gain direct experience in all aspects of IP work for a high quality client base in diverse sectors.
We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. We have however given an indicative PQE as an approximate guide for applicants. Candidates who have between 2 to 6 PQE, are likely to have the right level of knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role, though other outstanding candidates will also be considered.
The position offers scope for development, specialisation and progression, within a supportive environment. A good academic background is essential, as are excellent skills in communication, client relations, team-working and project management.
