Commercial Disputes Managing Associate

We currently have an opportunity for a talented Associate or Managing Associate to join the team in London, working with our national team and Partner Thomas Williams as he continues to successfully build our London based international arbitration and litigation practice. Learning from the best in the business you can expect to play a key role in partnering our clients to resolve a wide range of disputes including high value, complex High Court matters, as well as playing a key part in mentoring and supervising technical work within the team. Our range of commercial disputes is diverse – your work could include commercial contract disputes for engineering companies, to advising on partnership and shareholder disputes, through to warranty claims, judicial review, insurance related disputes, and everything in between, with increasing exposure to international clients/disputes. Our transatlantic merger means that our platform for international growth in particular is extremely strong and our London disputes practice is at the forefront of that growth.
The successful candidate will already have experience in delivering first rate contentious advice, ideally gained at a City or leading regional firm, and will have a proactive attitude to work, a desire to learn and progress and be keen to help further develop the team’s client base. Candidates with business development experience that can help us to continue developing opportunities are particularly welcome.
