Administration Assistant - London
Purpose of the Role
To provide divisional administrative support.
► Consistently and proactively deliver high quality work and outstanding client services to internal and external clients.
► Demonstrate a "can do" approach and take responsibility for ownership of tasks and positive service delivery
► Demonstrate technical excellence in all core elements of the role
► Have the ability to engage in a culture of change, supporting the strategy of the firm
► Demonstrate a ME2U approach by understanding fee earners' and support priorities and adopting a dynamic approach for getting things done
► Act in accordance with, and uphold the firm's values
► Provide strong organisational and time management skills that ensure workflows and resources are deployed effectively
► Coordinate the support from our Word Processing teams using our Workflow system
► Display an enthusiastic and willing approach to take on new challenges to develop the role
► Scan and print documents using on the floor photocopiers/multi-functional devices (MFDs)
► Provide other general admin support , when required, for divisional teams
Knowledge, skills and experience required (bespoke to role)
► Competent use of Microsoft Office
► One year's experience (or equivalent) gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level
► Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.
