About the role

To support the integrated global practice & sector group comprising the Real Estate practice group and the Real Estate and hotels & leisure sector groups [“the group”] on the planning and implementation of all business development (BD) initiatives related to the group in close coordination with the global practice group and sector marketing team.

As part of the role, the BD Manager will also support the activities of the Disputes Matrix Group that overlap with the activities of the real estate teams, working with the BD Manager for the Disputes Matrix Group.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Business planning & Budgeting

  • BD infrastructure
  • Pitching
  • Campaigns
  • Events / Spotlight Series
  • Client targeting
  • Communications / PR
  • Directory and award submissions

About you

The successful candidate will have strong Marketing & BD experience within a professional services environment. Experience will include pitching, practice group and sector marketing, client targeting, campaign budgeting and budget management. With an excellent level of written and spoken skills and has a demonstrated an ability to build strong working relationships with partners and staff at all levels within the firm and with external vendors.

You will also possess strong numerical skills, with the ability to present complex information and concepts in a clear and concise manner. Grasping, retainsing and analysing complex information and concepts. A proactive can do approach with a drive to support the growth of our business.
