Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Project Manager to join our London office on an 18 month fixed term contract or secondment basis.

Role purpose

To support the Global Head of Reward and the Global Head of Talent in the roll-out of Compass across the global firm.  It is a complex project with multiple implementation streams and multiple timelines.  The success of the project will require a significant behaviour shift so a key element of the role will be to develop a change management plan.

Compass is our new approach to performance development. Through our annual survey and other feedback forums, our employees have told us that they wanted more regular feedback and better career conversations. Put simply:

  • Compass is a future focused approach that allows individuals to learn from their experience on an on-going basis rather than retrospective once a year reviews
