Learning & Development Assistant
Our Learning and Development team provide a wide range of development, technical and external development programmes for all staff across the firm. The L&D team is one of five core HR Centres of Expertise. The HR department currently has 47 team members, and operates under a business partnering model.
Providing the Learning and Development team with administrative support to organise and schedule the wide range of development, technical and external development programmes for all staff across the firm.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with strong administrative skills, confident in co-ordinating event logistics and with good communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with different parts of the firm. We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, and the ability to management multiple tasks/projects.
We want a real team-player who’s ready to pitch in and support not just the Learning & Development team but the wider HR team. If this sounds like you then please get in touch.
