The Team

The Berwin Leighton Paisner IT department has an outstanding record for implementing leading edge IT solutions. We are proactive in identifying opportunities in using the most up to date software and techniques.

The BLP IT department has an on-going commitment to provide training and development to all staff.

This is a fixed term contract for twelve months.

The Opportunity

To provide a high standard of application and systems support to all users within BLP as part of the UK Service Desk team. The role is very well suited to anyone who demonstrates a keen interest in technology, and supporting end users from all BLP offices globally.

Who we’re looking for

You should preferably hold recognised certification as a key requirement as well as other forms or manufacturer specific accreditation whilst having experience within an IT support environment.

An excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate with users at all levels in a calm, confident and professional way.

The successful candidate will ideally have an in-depth knowledge of the following software and hardware platforms:

  • InterAction relationship management system - web and windows client (including the Tikit Plus Suite,InterAction for Outlook clients and ReAction Server)
  • Elite practice management system (Webview and Enterprise)

  • Bighand
  • Skype for Business
  • IntApp Time
  • Wallbuilder
  • Workshare 7 including Deltaview and Protect
