Senior Management Accountant

Finance and Accounting team support extends to the wider finance team including Cashiers, Payroll, Tax & Revenue, other Business services like HR, Facilities & IT. The role is responsible for the production and continued development of the monthly management accounts, management information and facilitation of the financial planning cycle within BLP.
This is an interesting opportunity for an individual to help shape the direction of reporting and financial planning for our firm, streamline our processes, and has lots of scope for someone to develop and add value to the firm’s Management Information.
There will also be opportunities to increasingly become immersed with helping our business with all aspects of financial analysis and reporting, planning and decision support activities.
Who we’re looking for
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or international equivalent) with relevant experience, ideally gained within the legal or other professional services sector. The successful candidate will have solid financial accounting with management accounting experience and strong analytical view.
You will have the ability to use Excel at an advanced level along with the aptitude to develop the firms MI tool (Prophix).
You will be organised, thorough and accurate demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and accuracy in work at all times. The right candidate will be flexible and able to work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential.
