Associate - Structured Debt and Capital Markets (2-6 years PQE)
Our Finance practice advises many of the world’s leading financial institutions, corporates, funds and advisors in relation to the full range of international and domestic financial markets products.
Our Structured Debt & Capital Markets team provides advice to a broad range of clients on a wide variety of structured finance and debt capital markets products.
We assist clients in relation to securitisations, asset-based financings, capital markets financings, distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs in both the UK and other jurisdictions in the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious associate with broad based finance experience. You will have a background in securitisation and structured capital markets or other relevant experience in debt capital markets, asset finance and real estate finance. Applications from both UK and overseas jurisdictions will be welcomed.
You will have a strong academic record and an ability to work closely with clients and colleagues as part of a team.
