Our team of business services staff play a significant role in the success of Dentons, and we recruit staff into a wide variety of areas. Purpose of role
An exciting temporary role has arisen for a HR/Talent Intern to support our firmwide talent agenda. We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and commercially astute HR graduate. This position would be an excellent opportunity to learn and get immersed in a number of key HR and talent projects. This position requires an immediate start.

The intern will work directly with the Global Chief Talent Officer and Global Talent Programme Manager on a series of projects and key activities on the talent agenda. Responsibilities will include:
HR project work linked to global HR transformation projects
Supporting talent projects, for exampleadvancing our approaches to mobility and firmwide onboarding
Undertaking research and collating data for various HR/talent initiatives
Work on a significant leadership development project that would involve interviews and analyzing themes
Proofread HR materials and documents
Assist with sourcing, preparing and gathering materials for meetings
Scheduling meetings and conference calls
Required experience, skills and attributes
Advanced degree in Human Resources, or related field
Understanding and experience with qualitative data collection
Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to succeed in a fast paced environment
Excellent project management skills
Self-starter who maintains high levels of motivation and demonstrates resilience
Displays a dedicated, enthusiastic and conscientious approach to tasks
Strong attention to detail
Team player with the ability to also work independently
Creative problem solving abilities
Excellent written communication and verbal skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills
IT proficient with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Comfortable with dealing with people at all levels of the organisation
