At Osborne Clarke, our Projects team offers clients high-level expertise in procurement structuring, project set-up, finance, execution and exit. We have been at the forefront of developing structures to meet the new requirements of the current market and have an exciting pipeline of work and opportunities we are developing.
Our offering is very broad indeed, ranging from social infrastructure projects (hospitals, schools, blue light etc), energy projects (solar, AD, on and off-shore wind), outsourcing and FM work across various sectors, as well as economic infrastructure (roads, toll bridges, pipelines etc.)
With the increase in pension funds investing in infrastructure projects and the new rules on insurance company investment, we have been working with clients to devise innovative structures to allow and drive their investments. We are also carving out a name for ourselves in various sectors, notably renewables, blue light, and student accommodation, and we are working on a number of high profile projects in these areas and in many others.
We also get involved in international work and are currently advising on solar parks in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, as well as in relation to the construction of 2 new airports in Oman amounting to some circa £200 million of work. We are also developing wider international opportunities working alongside projects specialists in our European offices, meaning that the focus of the team is truly global, currently with the potential for work in South America and in Africa.
We advise a wide range of clients in these areas and our services are in demand for many new projects in 2014. We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us on what we see as being a rewarding and exciting journey.
