Our well established banking litigation team in Bristol have an opportunity for an ambitious paralegal. 

About the role

Our highly regarded banking litigation team has an opening for an experienced paralegal. This is a great opportunity to work for key clients including Lloyds Bank plc. You will manage a portfolio of secured and unsecured recoveries cases including billing and reporting to clients in relation to those matters.  

About you

You will have a keen eye for detail with the ability to use your initiative and must be used to dealing with a large workload therefore using your strong organisational skills. 

You will also be managing and supervising junior colleagues as well as dealing on a daily basis with both clients and opponents and must, therefore, have an ability to liaise with people on different levels. 

You should have a strong academic background with a Law Degree or GDL. Previous Paralegal experience within a Private Practice Litigation team is essential. 

Knowledge of secure recovery proceedings, debt recovery and insolvency claims would be an advantage. 

This role will suit a keen team player who is willing to use their own initiative.
