We are looking for a professional and self-motivated individual to join our Bristol or London team as a Client Development Assistant.

The main purpose of this role is providing marketing and administration support to the client development programme working with the head of client development and the business development managers.

Your working pattern will be based on 35 hours per week (with flexibility to meet deadlines as required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with administration relating to the client development programme
  • Content management and development
  • Keep the firm's internal client directory up to date
  • Help with client reviews and delivery of reporting
  • Conduct client research
  • Supporting events and other marketing/BD initiatives
  • Provide support to account managers
  • Generate and monitor email campaigns. This includes the internal circulation of mailing lists, incorporating amendments, looking at readership data to maximise delivery rates.
  • Support the delivery of business planning and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate internal briefings and international catch up meetings and preparation of agendas, follow up etc
  • Support client communications
  • Schedule meetings and take minutes

  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will communicate well with people at all levels, working effectively as part of a team
  • Pro-active, ambitious and enthusiastic
  • Highly organised with good time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
