An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Marketing & Business Development department for a Digital Marketing Coordinator.

You will be taking overall responsibility for the following:

  • Work with the key business services teams such as HR, IT Services and Risk & Compliance teams to provide a co-ordinated and effective service
  • Assisting with client communications and duties such as editing and uploading content to the website via the content management system
  • Assisting the Digital team in pulling together reports for teams around the firm using platforms like Google Analytics
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to push content across numerous platforms/mediums and discuss these with the relevant individuals within the team. This involves:
    • Liaising with stakeholders including lawyers and the International Marketing and Business Development Team
    • Proof reading and editing content fit for the website, mobile applications and other digital platforms
    • Sourcing imagery
  • Taking an active interest in emerging best practice for digital channels, highlighting when this has changed, as well as proactively investigating new functions and highlighting these as appropriate

Ideally, you will have previous experience publishing content for the web via a CMS (Sitecore and WordPress preferred), a working knowledge of HTML and experience of sending email campaigns via an email marketing tool is preferred alongside a working knowledge of CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
