We are looking to add to the group of experienced, qualified freelance lawyers who work with us to support our ever increasing and diverse workload in the key areas below;

Corporate – corporate projects, corporate transactions, real estate, digital economy / TMT

Disputes – general commercial litigation, banking & finance litigation & investigations, arbitration

Finance –general banking, financial services regulatory, restructuring and special situations, securities & derivatives

You can expect to be involved in tasks such as;

• Drafting of legal documents and agreements;
• Review of legal documents and agreements
• Contributing to department know-how;
• Advising clients and preparing formal legal opinions;
• Leading negotiations with counter parts;

 Essential skills & experience

• Post qualification experience from a leading law firm, or corporate business
• A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Client facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs
• A commercial approach
