An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Marketing and Business Development department for a Senior International Pitch Manager.

The Senior International Pitch Manager will work closely with the Head of Practice & Sector Business Development to advise the firm on ways to constantly improve the pitch function globally.

This is a hands-on pitch role which focuses on building Bird & Bird’s reputation and desired positioning internationally through the development of best practice processes and market intelligence to strengthen the firm's pitch capabilities and to further increase the win rate of the firm's most strategic bids, in line with our firm-wide strategy.

In addition you will contribute to the skills development of the wider MBD team and fee-earners by sharing knowledge and coaching on best practice approaches.

A key responsibility is also to ensure there is a high quality, up to date and accessible pitch infrastructure for the firm-wide business.

The Senior International Pitch Manager will manage a team of two including a Pitch Manager and Pitch Co-ordinator to provide the firm with advice on best practice across the entire pitch process.

Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Senior Pitch Manager within a legal or professional services environment.
