An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Marketing and Business Development department for a CRM Executive.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for:

Increasing user engagement:

  • Use OnePlace reports and dashboards to monitor user adoption and usage KPIs
  • Proactively seek user feedback and incorporate this into new processes, training options and project work
  • Build relationships with a range of users in order to understand their roles, priorities, business objectives and how OnePlace could make their lives easier
  • Work closely with the MBD senior team to understand each function's strategy, objectives and best practices for how to improve their e-marketing and BD targeting. Advise and assist MBD colleagues on best practice use of CRM in day-to day activities

Encouraging user behaviour change through training and comms:

  • Design and deliver new training options that will encourage user behavioural change
  • Continuously improve training programmes: gather innovative uses of our CRM systems and incorporate case studies into training to illustrate and encourage best practice
  • Keep training and self-service materials up-to-date, evaluate new training products and identify innovative ways to communicate with user groups
  • Communicate and train on key system upgrades, improvements and integrations as required, scheduling training for global users and updating materials
  • Work with the IT training team to identify user requirements, develop training programmes and implement training for new joiners and other users
  • Develop and manage the new joiner induction process, liaising with local HR & IT internationally to ensure this is delivered consistently in all Bird & Bird offices
  • Advise users on GDPR compliance in their use of our CRM systems and contact data. Recommend processes to collect and review consent when on-boarding new contacts

 Be the voice of our user groups in the ongoing development of our CRM systems:

  • Conduct an initial fact-finding review of what's working/not working for key users
  • Constructively challenge existing CRM processes, making recommendations that will increase team efficiency
  • Assist with the development and testing of new functionality of OnePlace, drawing from deep understanding of key users' objectives and needs
  • Use knowledge of user requirements to contribute to the continuing customization and development of our CRM systems and processes in order to make users' lives easier

Ideally, you will have previous experience working with a Contact Management System (CMS) working within a marketing team and delivering user training in a professional services firm.
