THE ROLE

We are recruiting a Team Administrator to work within the Corporate, Tax and F&P secretarial team in Birmingham. You will be a part of a successful and collegiate team and have a great opportunity to gain experience, develop your skills and career.

This is a role for an individual who thrives on delivering results to a diverse and challenging client group, and who is looking to gain experience in a leading global law firm.

You will have the skills and attributes to work flexibly and autonomously within our fast moving and changing environment. Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role, however this is not necessary. You will have a can-do attitude, ability to prioritise and be willing to learn.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Undertake routine tasks at the direction of the team Coordinator (e.g. scanning, room/travel booking)
• Ensure clear and concise record keeping relating to tasks undertaken and correct filing of tasks and supporting materials (e.g. email instructions/discussions)
• Follow the processes and procedures when undertaking tasks
• Collaborate with the team members on processes, procedures and solutions
• Actively participate in the team meetings
