An exciting opportunity has arisen in our IT department for a Financial Systems Analyst. The primary role is to be the first point of contact for support issues logged to the Financial Systems Team. To deal with the issue or correctly diagnose the issue and assign to the correct expert in that area within the Financial Systems Team or IT in general.
The role is not a full time support role and will also involve working with colleagues in the Financial Systems Team on project work in the following areas:
- Development of Aderant Expert & ancillary systems to meet the firm’s increasing demands as it continues to expand e.g. new offices, mergers and lateral hires.
- Application testing re software upgrades.
- Evaluation of new products and solutions as part of a team.
- Month end procedures and scheduled reporting.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have a competent working knowledge of SQL queries and a good knowledge of practice management systems e.g. Aderant Expert, Thomson Elite etc. Good analytical and financial skills are essential.
