Client Support Assistant (Reception and Facilities)

The main responsibilities include carrying out reception, meet and greet, and hospitality desk, postal services for the business, monitoring the stationery supplies, reconfiguration and preparation of meeting rooms, supervision of third party contractors and managing the use of office space.
You will be responsible for ensuring clients’ needs are met and that the business is presented in a friendly and professional manner.
Skills and experience:
The successful candidate will be of a pleasant and friendly disposition with a flexible attitude. The role is extremely client-centred and candidates will need to have a professional approach in both image and in the way they interact with clients. Excellent communication skills are essential, as are organisation and time management skills.
IT literacy, with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications, is essential.
The ability to carry out minor office repairs would be desirable but is by no means essential.
We are looking for a skilled person with proven people management experience and the capability to communicate, lead and influence. You will need to be able to work with third party clients as well as internal support functions.
You must be enthusiastic, highly organised and well presented, with a can-do attitude.
Experience of working in a legal services environment or for a similar blue chip organisation would be preferable. You should be competent in the use of the standard IT packages.
